o summarize, Nodi Re Tui is a supposed to be a film on the quite serious subject of Narmada Bachao movement. Yet, it becomes more of a rural-urban love story and disappoints big time. Very not a watch type film, this film will only do well with the single screens.

The actors of the film, much like the trend of the time has been doing rounds of popular TV shows to promote Director Kingshuk De’s Nodi Re Tui. It was a well created hype that the film is based on the real story of Narmada Bachao movement. But the film failed to keep up to the hypes and can be really described as a smart attempt and nothing else. However, the smartness was not in the idea of developing a narrative in lines of Narmada Bachao, on the other hand working on a unconventional love story on screen.

The story begins in Avantipur, where the villagers are living a rather native peaceful life. Until they begin to worry about a certain dam that will be built on their river. It is then that the question of whose river it is arises. Atrayee (Moubani Sorcar), an engineer travels from the city to work on the dam project. It is then that she meets Jubai, the village boatman and brews a love story between them. She then begins to take side of the villagers and thereby supports her love.

Actor Soumitra Chatterjee, as the head of the village is impressive and acts his natural. The other male protagonists are impressive and do not disappoint much. Magician P C Sorcar’s daughter Moubani Sorcar comfortably disappoints. The emotional aspects of the Narmada Andalon does not come out well at all, rather the love story breathes strong.

To summarize, Nodi Re Tui is a supposed to be a film on the quite serious subject of Narmada Bachao movement. Yet, it becomes more of a rural-urban love story and disappoints big time. Very not a watch type film, this film will only do well with the single screens.

Chupi Chupi (English: Silently) is a 2013 film directed by Abir Bose and produced by Rakesh Shrivastav under the banner of Ma Sarada Chitra Mandir 2012 Production. It features actors Ritojit and Priyanka Haldar in the lead roles. This film is Abir Bose's third film, his last release being long back in 1988 (Kidnap).[1] It released on April 26, 2013

The film is a love story based on the Ghoti-Bangal theme.[2] It is a romantic drama where a couple from Siliguri, namely Gourab and Jini, fall in love and dream of spending their life together. But when it comes to convincing their concerned families, a weird thing happens. Involving Bangal-Ghoti feud, their life becomes unmanageable and miserable. Both the families send off them to Kolkata, but at different places to try to break their relationship. While moving to Kolkata, Jini prepares herself and apparently gets a job at a private concern. After this, the story has its twists.[3]

Hundreds of people have already sent in their votes via text messages  in favor of 

giving the popularity award to this reggaeton artist. They hope to dance to his creation during the gala this coming Sunday at the Karl Marx theater. But a television presenter declared  half joking half serious  that “there will be no ‘honey nor caramels’ at the event this weekend… because they’re bad for your teeth,” in a clear reference to the likelihood of presenting the controversial rhythm with its direct sexual allusions.
